Electrolysis is a well established and successful method of permanent hair removal, suitable for hairs of all types and colour.
During treatment a disposable, sterile needle is inserted into each individual hair follicle and a mild current is released to create damage to the hair follicle and cauterise the root of the existing hair so that it can be removed. Every time a follicle is damaged its ability to produce a new hair is weakened until eventually it can no longer produce a hair at all.
